Mu-Kung Priksod (หมู-กุ้งพริกสด)
I give 9.5 out of 10 for this menu, for its simplicity and taste. Though the look is very simple, but it is a good blend of everything.

Ingredients
1. Prawns
2. Pork Mince
3. Onion
4. Red Chillies
5. Dried Kiffir Leaves
6. Garlics
7. Cooking oil
8. Fish sauce
9. Soy sauce

How to
First, fry prawns and pork mince with garlics. Add soy sauce in and stir. Then, pour chillies and dried kiffir leaves followed by sliced onions. Add some fish sauce. Pour a bit of hot water, just enough to make some juice, not to much!
