Chinese Sausage Baked Rice (ข้าวอบกุนเชียง)


1. Chinese pork sausage
2. Steamed rice
3. Dried Matsutake
4. Dried shrimes
5. Carrots
6. Onions
7. Oyster sauce
8. Soya bean sauce
9. Maggie sauce
10. cooking oil
11. sugar

How to:

Put dried Matsutake and shrimes in hot water. Leave them for 15 minutes. Cook rice and add some oyster sauce, soya bean sauce, maggie sauce, and cooking oil into the rice cooker. Cook them all for 5 mins before adding the water you have left from the dried Matsutake and shrimes. Cook again for 5 mins before adding in all the rest of ingredients. Then, cook again until rice is cooked all over. Allow the rice to simmer for 10 mins after it is cooked. Yummy!
