Boiled Cabbage with Shintake

1. Caggage
2. Shintake mushroom
3. Dried Bean Curd
4. Cooking oil
5. Chinese soy sauce
6. Fish sauce
7. Meggie sauce
8. Oyster sauce

How to:

Cut a cabbage in to 6-8 pieces before frying them in cooking oil till it turns a little brownish. Add shintake and continue frying. Add one or two bowls of water. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes before adding in the bean curd. Boil around 20 minutes till the cabbage is soft as the way you like.

American Fried Rice

1. Tomato
2. Onion
3. Capsicum
4. Raisin
5. Cucumber
6. Rice
7. Tomato sauce
8. Oyster sauce
9. Meggie sauce
10. Fish sauce
11. Sugar
12. Salt
13. Butter
14. Cooking oil
15. Eggs
16. Ham
17. Chicken

How to:

Stir fry all the vegetables with ham in butter and vegetable oil. Then, pour in the rice. Stir them all up and add all the sauces. Slice tomato and cucumber and put them on top together with sunny side-up fried egg. For the fried chicken, marinate it with Chinese soy sauce, oyster sauce, Meggie sauce, salt and fine sliced garlics before frying and / or baking till grilled.
