Mu Pa (Crispy Pork Mince) 9/10

3. Corn Flour
This is one my favorite menus that I loved very much when I was a child. I always had it before going to school. To find out the recipe for me, my mother even called the ex restaurant owner who used to sell this food.
Chop up the garlics into small pieces keeping some garlic peels. Stir all the ingredients with pork mince and deep fry it. The more flour you put in, the more crispy it will be.
