Kaow Pa Lo (ข้าวพะโล้)
Yesss! 9 out of 10 for this menu. Unbelievably delicious! I'll have to give credit to 'Tam', my friend at Macquarie University who told me this recipe. It's been my favorite since when I was very small, but this is the first time I'm really doing it.

Ingredients
1. Eggs
2. Dried Cinamon
3. Pork Rib
4. Fried Tafu
5. Garlics
6. ABC Sauce
7. Coriander Roots
8. Cooking Oil

How to
Before start cooking, make sure you have some peeled boiled eggs ready. First, fry dried cinamon with garlics with cooking oil. Then add some ABC Sauce before pouring in some hot water. Wait until water is boiled before putting eggs, pork ribs, and dried tafu. Simmer for 20 mins. That's it!
