Pad Thai (ผัดไทยกุ้งแช่แข็ง)

Ingredients:
1. Egg
2. Prawns
3. Dried shimps
4. Bean Spouts
5. Sliced carrots
6. Fine-ground beans
7. Rice noodle
8. Sliced tafu
9. Sugar
10. Fish sauce
11. oyster sauce
12. Pad Thai paste

How to:
Leave rice noodle in warm water for 5-10 mins. Fry 'Pad Thai' paste with dry shrimps in hot oil. Add prawns, tafu, fine-ground beans, and carrots. Stir them all over before putting softened rice noodle. Stir fry and flavor with fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Put egg in at last and serve hot.
