Hokkien Combination with Rice (ข้าวราดหน้าสไตน์ฮกเกี้ยน)

Ingredients

1. Calamari or quids
2. Diced ham
3. Sliced onions
4. Carrots
5. Oyster sauce
6. Maggie sauce
7. Chinese soy sauce
8. Korean sesame oil
9. Tapioca starch powder

How to:
Stir fry calamari and diced ham in hot oil. Add sliced carrots and onions and mix with oyster sauce, maggie sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix and stir tapioca starch powder in warm water before mixing into the ingredients. Stir fry till cooked.
