Chicken Green Curry (แกงเขียวหวานไก่) 9/10
I have to adjust this menu a bit from its traditional Thai style due to the lack of some Thai herbs and ingredients. Anyway it turns out very nice and the taste is good.

Ingredients:
1. Cononut milk
2. Green Curry Chilly Paste
3. Chicken
4. Mushroom
5. Brocolli
6. Capsicum
7. Kaffir leaves
8. Fish sauce

How to:
Stir chilly paste with the first half of coconut milk for 5 minutes. Add chicken and other ingredients. Stir them all up for 5 minutes. Than add the other half of coconut and stir before adding some fish sauce.
