After four years, we now start to talk about the system of US election again. Yes, one US president every four years (while in Thailand, ridiculously, four PMs in one year!). The US election system is not familiar to us the Thais because it is based on 'electoral vote', unlike the Thai's which is based on the 'popular vote'.
