Pad Thai (ผัดไทยกุ้งแช่แข็ง)Ingredients: 1. Egg2. Prawns3. Dried shimps4. Bean Spouts5. Sliced carrots6. Fine-ground beans7. Rice noodle8. Sliced tafu9. Sugar10. Fish sauce11. oyster sauce12. Pad Thai pasteHow to: Leave rice noodle in warm water for 5-10 mins. Fry 'Pad Thai' paste with dry shrimps in hot oil. Add prawns, tafu, fine-ground beans, and carrots. Stir them all over before putting softened rice noodle. Stir fry and flavor with fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Put egg in at last and serve hot.
