Chicken Galanga (Kai-tom-ka) 9.5/10

Ingredients:
1. Chicken
2. Galanga
3. Kiffirs
4. Lemon Grass
5. Chillies
6. Lemon
7. Coriander
8. Coconut milk
9. Onions
10. Fish sauce
11. Soy sauce

How to:
First, boil coconut milk. Then, put sliced galanga, kiffirs, lemongrass, and chillies before seasoning with fish sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice. Next put onions and let it simmer for a while.
Put coriander on top before serving hot with Thai jasmine rice.
